How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and head to checkout. You’ll be guided step-by-step to enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your receipt and order summary.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We start preparing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need to update or cancel, please reach out to us at TheSunnyHartStudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate if your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, many of our best-loved items are restocked! If something you want is sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or join our newsletter to be the first to know when it’s back. Some items, however, may be limited-edition — once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

🚚 Shipping Time

  • U.S. Orders: 7-10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.

  • Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after checkout. No shipping fees, no waiting.

📮 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email TheSunnyHartStudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
